Alwaki Lodge is located on Thompson Island, 14 miles from the village of Kipawa, and can only be reached by boat. Kipawa Lake is considered one of the most beautiful lakes in Quebec. Its peaceful surroundings harbour an abundance of wildlife. Lake Kipawa is a nature lovers paradise! Lac Kipawa has some of the best fishing in Quebec. It is well known for its excellent walleye, lake trout, and northern pike fishing. You don't have to travel far from your cabin to catch your limit! Don't worry about picking up fishing licences, worms, leaches, or ice – we have all of that here, for your added convenience!
